A Philadelphia Coloring Adventure
In 2016, I created WonderPHL World, a love letter to Philadelphia in the form of a coloring book.
Thanks to 191 amazing supporters on Kickstarter, I was able to design and distribute this book independently, learning much about printing and self publishing along the way.
Now in its second edition, the book features 30 hand-drawn illustrations of iconic neighborhoods and cultural landmarks.
Additionally, each page is paired with historical information, making this book not just fun across all ages, but also a creative educational tool.
Sesame Rockwood Coloring & Activity Book
In 2019 I was commissioned by Sesame Rockwood Camps to create an interactive book, highlighting the many offerings available to their campers.
This book has become a fun activity for current campers as well as prospective families.
Building off my experience with WonderPHL World, I created the illustrations by hand, designed both front & back covers, and digitally formatted the book for printing, delivering a print-ready product to the client.
This project brought my life full-circle in an unexpected way, as I was actually a camper at SRC as a kid.
